We organise this league between players; we are not a company. We keep the minimum needed to draw the pairings and run the table, and we do not sell it or hand it to anyone.
When you sign in with Discord we receive and keep your Discord ID, your username, your profile picture and your email. We never see or receive your Discord password.
If you sign up for a season we also keep what you enter: team name, army, detachment, list, contact details, results and the messages in each game's thread.
To draw the pairings, show the table, let your opponent contact you and arrange the game, and to settle disputes when a result does not add up.
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not profile you, and there is no automated decision-making that affects you beyond the Swiss draw.
Public: your team name, your army, your detachment, your results and your position in the table. That appears on the season pages, which anyone can see without an account.
Only your round's opponent: your list and your contact details.
Only you and the organisers: your email and your Discord username. Your profile is private.
In Supabase (a managed database) and the site runs on Netlify. Both are infrastructure providers: they process the data on our behalf and do not use it for anything else.
The session is kept with our own cookie, needed so you stay logged in. We do not use advertising cookies.
We use Google Analytics to know how many people come in and which pages they look at. It only loads after you accept analytics in the cookie consent banner; rejecting it means no measurement at all. Google sets its own cookies and receives the page you visited, your approximate country and which browser you use.
Private pages — your games and the organiser panel — have a secret link that works like a password. That link is never sent to Google: the page is counted as /p/[token], without the code. We do not send your name, your email or your Discord username either.
The results and tables of finished seasons remain as the league's historical archive. Your personal data — email, contact, Discord username — is deleted if you ask us.
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data whenever you want. Name, contact and list you edit yourself from your profile.
To delete your account, use the erase option in your profile. If you have already played games, the results stay in the historical table but unlinked from your personal data — deleting them would alter your opponents' standings.
If you are under 16 you need permission from your mother, father or guardian to take part. Tell us and we will arrange it with them.
If we change anything important we announce it on the league's Discord and update the date above.
